Lady Hughes Angling Syndicate is a small fly fishing syndicate fishing for trout in Lady Hughes Lake on the Panshanger Estate near Hertford.

Approximately 15 acres, the lake is a former gravel extraction site fed by springs and closely bounded on its southern bank by the River Mimram. It is named after Lady Hughe's wood that overlooks the lake at its eastern end.

Lady Hughes Lake is regularly stocked with both rainbow and brown trout with fishing accessible around some 2/3 of its area at its western end.

Annual membership provides fishing from March to October.
